i want to know if i need more than 6" of lift on my stock 87 wrangler to run 35's.

I also happen to have a 93 5.0 ENG AND TRANS and was wondering if thats a good swap as i dont see much ever about 1..

    any help appreciated

look at novak adapters and advance adapter web pages.

I do not have a YJ, but 4 inches suspension lift and 1 inch of body should work. Or some fender trimming

Is your 5.0 a ford? if so here is a wiring harness to make it easier.

i have 7" of lift and run 35s on my 89. i still rub in the rear.. and in the front only when i stuff them way up there hard..usually it does not. dont use a body lift or shackle lift.. use suspension... spoa and RE springs.. you will be happy you did. plus the flex is sweet.

          6" total should work.
if you have good springs, you'll need to do some trimming as well. bumpstops could eliminate the need to trim, but what fun is that?
