4 Wheel Drive help

I have a 2003 Jeep Rubicon. I took it out rock crawling for the first time and now when i put it in 4h or 4low it will make this knocking noise and the 4 wheel drive doesnt work properly.. i think maybe i did something to the front drive shaft and made it come off alignment.

So if you have any ideas or suggestions that could possible help me a would really appreciate it, i want to get back out there and going again..

Check the linkage from the shift handle to the transfer case.
Sounds like it might not be engaging all the way?
