Defroster SUCKS

My defrosters BLOWS....well actually it doesn't blow...The side defroster pump out a massive amount of air but the windsheild part doesn't feel like its putting out air. Any ideas....it's not the panel b/c i took that off and everything yesterday.....any ideas are more than appreciated...Thanks-Parker
