    I'v got a question about cherokee front ends, i was wondering if a front end from say a 97 xj would fit on my 91 xj

    I don't think that the WMS-WMS distance was different. You may find that the newer axle is a low pinion standard. The earlier XJ axles were high-pinion reverse cut.

      are you talking front ends as in axles or fenders/grille,lights, etc?

          so no one can help me with this? i dont want to buy a header panel and corner covers and a grille and have them not fit. any help would be appriciated

            I have to say the '91 "front end" looks good just the way it is.

            Maybe you could spend your money on trail stuff: tow points, lockers, gears, steering etc...
