spare tire mounting

Does anyone have their spare tire mounted on the roll cage??

If so can you post pics?

I would like to get rid of the tire carrier and make a mounting scheme for the roll cage. One prob is that the Jeep will no longer fit in the garage I might consider trimming the tailgate.
