dashboard bolt

hey all,

i recently had this part fall out from under my dashboard while i was wheeling. the bolt is made of copper which makes me think that it is actually important. everything still seems to work fine, and upon looking under the dashboard cannot find anything loose, and cannot find any place the bolt may have come from.

has anyone disassembled a TJ dash and could enlighten me as to if this is important and/or where it came from?

It was probably something one of the line workers left in there for you. If nothing seems wrong, I wouldnt worry about it . . . but keep it just incase.

I've had my dash apart several times, and I can't place it. Good luck with the search.
