Cj 5 Wiper Problem

any ideas on how to direct wire a wiper motor? the motor works but ive got no power in the wires. i dont want to take the dash off and mess with all the wires, can i just wire it to the battery with a toggle switch or something?

I'm certain it can be done... but you could probably trace the wire back to the battery for shorts, or test the switch just as easily.

You have power in which wires? The wires at the switch? If so, then the wiring between the switch and the motor is bad (assuming you have already checked the switch).
