I've heard Ryan Brown in Encinitas recommended very highly: www.rawbrown.com

I personally had my gears done at 4XDoctor (www.fourxdoctor.com) in Burbank before I moved, but that's a bit of a drive for me now

4xdoctor does great work ... they did the lift on mine and even though I've not had the gears done there, I am pretty happy with them.

x2 on Frank Hayes in Westminster. I've had him do half a dozen axles so far without regret. Great work and a more then fair price.

I had rawbrown do mine, He's a nice guy and I have always heard good things about his work. And his price on parts, and labor could'nt be beat.
