thats the one I was thinking of. I haven't heard anything bad about it yet. but it might be alittle rough on the fingers in cold weather. we used a hood shock off of a toyota camry on a jeep that came though the shop. mounted it at the bottom of the tailgate caost about the same lot of measuring though to get it to work corectly.

That is a good idea...maybe I will look into mounting hood type shock down there...
