I'm looking for some kind of thick undercoating that will cover up those dents... see them? Is there some kind of undercoating or somethin that I can use underneath my hood, frame and firewall? What do you guys think? Here are some other pics of my firewall and frame----> www.wideopenwest.com/~kpasque/firewall.JPG

When I reconditioned this jeep I sprayed the frame blue but now wish I had sprayed it black so I'd like to simply brush on some kind of real thick gloss black undercoating. I just don't know what to do. Thankyou kindly fellas

Looks like you live in the rust belt. If you are going to cover it, POR-15 and herculiner or durabak are some products you may want to consider. Also, check out the Eastman Company for other restoration products.

POR-15 is good stuff. I would reccomend it. Its actually Eastwood Company that has stuff like it. They make their own. But they do have alot of resto junk that would come in handy in your situation.
