    Trans and TC Fluids

Do not have my FSM here at work or my owners manual so...

I am going to drain and refill my transmission and transfer case this weekend. I wanted to pick up the fluids on my lunch break but I forgot to look up what and how much I need and write it down.

Yeah, I feel like a tard even posting this..

    98 TJ NP231 AX-15

    Thanks

be sure the ax15 fluid is NOT gl5.
        gl3 is recommended by jeep.
        i recommend redline mt90 3.32 gts.

I have heard the redline stuff is good but can it be had at AutoZone or NAPA?

            no.. not normally.
just be sure not to use gl5 gear oil in there. it eats the synchros.
another popular option is penzoil synchromesh.
i hear there is a "royal purple" gl 3-4 oil that is good too.
