  • Power Steering reservoir

I spent my weekend helping a friend do a 1-ton tre inverted t steering upgrade to his ZJ. Everything went smooth except he is leaking power steering fluid. We did not have a whole lot of time to look into this as it was late sunday.

Now I just recently read where this is a problem when on hard turns in one direction causes power steering fluid to burp out. The article/web page had a very simple fix to extend the capacity of the reservoir. I cant remember where I saw this and its driving me crazy.

Anyone happen to have seen this or know of another easy fix?

    Thanks
    Michael

On my old rig (scary fast land rover) i ran an extra oil cooler in between the bow and the resevoir, it gave me an extra quart or so capacity. I had it bolted up behind the radiator.
