Inner knuckle replacement 44

Finally have my inner knuckle issues resolved. The old one was cut off the tube and a new one welded on. Took 3 of us 3.5 hours to replace it start to finish. All I have to say is that portable band saws rock! Cuts through cast steel like butta'. Thanks to John and Loren for their help.

Cut axle tube out of new knuckle

Tube ready to accept knuckle

Knuckle ready for tube

Heat up knuckle and bang on tube. Check angle on kuckle. 7.5 degrees perfect


Weld on antirock bracket. Done
