Do I have a body lift or suspension lift?

How can I tell the difference?? The tire carrier I want wont work with a body lift.

post a picture of the body mounts on the side of your jeep.
post another pic of your shackles.
and one more of your front springs. just for laughs

Well I would if Ik new how!!!! After some research I figured I have a suspension lift( thank God!!) Those body lifts are ugly!!!!
