TJ: fuel to air mix it off

So I have a 2.5l 01 tj the fuel to air seems to be off its having a hard time trying to get up to 70mph you really have to find a sweet spot you give it to much gas and it seems like its flooding out I've replace the fuel pump, ram air filter, 4.0 Throttle body board out 52CM, all new map tcs iac sensors, the upper and lower 02 sensors, 4 hole fuel injectors, and Exhaust manifold All this is with the Boush parts can anyone help me here

Have you changed and properly adjusted the throttle position sensor?

Check also the MAP sensor. It might need a replacement.
