What is the best grease gun tip for greasing the double-cardan driveshafts - and where do I buy one? My joints all have a pocket style fitting instead of a zerk. Eons ago I had a needle-style tip for reaching between yoke ears to the zerk, but now I can't even find where to buy one.

My Tom Woods driveshaft came with a needle greaser tool. You could call them and see if they will sell you one.
To be honest though I haven't used it because my grease gun tip fits. -

I got a needle adapter for my grease gun at NAPA auto parts (I could not find it at Autozone or O'Reilly)
