  • Last question about this darn lift kit....

I've finally decided from 3 different forums and about 20 responses that w/ the $$ i have i'm going to go w/ rusty's 3" leaf pack kit and i'm gonna start off by putting a 31x10.5 on my stock wheel. So my last question after getting multiple responses saying that fitting a 10.5 on a 7 is no problem...is, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most...how much rubbing will i get by doing this?? Thanks for all the help and i'm sure i'll be back to ask some "in the middle of" questions while i'm doing the install.

    you will be fine...

If you are using your stock offset wheels, then you may contact the front lower control arms slightly, but barely...

its not going to be that big of a deal, I ran 32's on only 3" lift for almost 2 years with no problems

in the unlikely event that you do rub on the front leaf paks, you can adjust your steering stops to eliminate the problem. it will add 5 minutes to your job
