  • ARB Switches

As I slowly get my axle build parts together I have realized I have no clue where to put the switches for the ARBs and the Compressor.

Any suggestions would be great, pictures of what you have done even better

    Thanks,

    What Jeep do you have?

Edit: Ok, I did a search. You have a TJ . I'll post some pics of what I have.

Switches in the Factory Hardtp/fog light location

They dont fit perfect, you have to chip away at some of the plastic on the back of the panel. Not a big deal.

Compressor where the ABS should be

There is a tray under the brake booster that the compressor fits in perfect. Have fun!

Looks great! Sadly I have the factory swithc installed for my driving lights.

Anyway to get another switch pod in where the coin holder goes?

I've seen people do that too. It should work fine.

              go overhead

There's not a lot of room for extra goodies, so I made an overhead console.

I mounted the CD, OBA gage, a couple of switches and a swan-neck light.

It looks cool and gets all that crap out of the way. Unfortunately I don't have a digicam.

In fact, I have made two. The first was made from red oak, don't laugh. The second is a piece of 1/8" plate mounted between the roll cage spreader bars.

The space over my mirror is already taken with my CB. I found a nice mounting bracket that installs where the footman's loop is. The dash space right above the center vents is taken by my GPS mount. And someday still, I want to fit in an XM radio receiver and HAM radio.
