Viking Offroad offers a superior line with a safety thimble.

Totally worth the money, and a great company to do business with.

Thor is great and local in Burbank, CA. I bought my winchline from him for my Warn M8000. Thor runs his own business and has 2 employees. His family were fishermen in Iceland and they used this crazy strong synthetic line for fishing and then applied the knowledge to winchlines. Thor really is a Viking! He even has the accent!

Ditto, I met Thor a couple of weeks ago when I switched from cable to synthetic line. Great guy to deal with and very knowledgeable.

I've been running Thor's Viking 3/8" synthetic winch ropes for 7-8 years on two different winches and won't run anything else. I'm SO happy not to be running wire ropes any more.
