I appreciate all the advice. I still haven't had a chance to get out and ticker with it just yet. But one thing that I did come across in my random research is that the primary cause of PCM trouble is voltage issues. I did have a bad short in the fog lights recently. I thought that I fixed the issue but I might not have. So, basically, it seems that I have a LOT of tests to do.

Hey now that's an offer that is hard to refuse! Work is going crazy again, but the weekend is still looking mostly open. Let me know if you have any free time.

Yep. But that is Saturday evening/night. That's why i added the 'mostly open' part.

And Art, your added confusion is always welcome!

Did you ever figure out what the problem was with Mr. Green? Or is it time to put him out of his misery? Have gun, will travel, Kevin.

We found that the wire to the Crankshaft Position Sensor had melted against the header. That repaired, I took it for a drive with Kurt and Art following me. No shutdown after 20 minutes of driving. We still don't think that the CPS was the full issue though. The 'No Link' problem is the part that worries us. So we spliced a wire into the power going to the PCM from the switch. I am going to rig a small light to it so that the next time that it shuts down I will be able to determine if it is a loss of power from the switch to the PCM.

IT's always best to start off with all the little things first and eliminating them. Then start working your way up to the more expensive items. Well at least it saves you the expense of a bullet. Kevin.

IT's not like Mike hasn't gotten his use out of poor Mr. Green. The ol boy just needed to catch his breath, take a break.
