Went for a quick run to the store last night and my brake PEDDAL was hard/stiff could barley stop. Drove it the day before all was normal. Any idea what would cause the BRAKES PEDDAL to go hard/stiff. Felt as if their was no power brakes??

Probably a vacuum issue. The vacuum assist takes that "hard" feeling away from the pedal. Check the 5/8" vacuum line from the intake manifold to the vacuum booster on the firewall. Look for other vacuum lines being loose as well. If the vacuum line is still connected, start the engine and take the line off the vacuum booster, put your finger over the end to check for vacuum. Should be pretty strong. If you have vacuum, may be the booster is bad. Weird failure mode if it is; I've never seen a booster work one day and fail completely the next. But is IS a JEEP... Other things to look for: frozen calipers, wheel cylinders, fluid level in mater cylinder.[CENTER][COLOR=#ff0000]Resistance Off Road
