35x12.5x15 tires that are a bit small?

I know there's often variation in tire size among manufacturers. A friend of mine is looking for some 35x12.5x15 MT tread tires that run on the smaller side (diameter). Can anyone offer some suggestions? It'll be street driven alot, and offroaded every now and then.

The, big, 4 Wheel Parts catalog, gives all the dimensions of the tires, they sell.

It was like that when I got here.
