It looks similar to a kit I used on mine. I used U-pol Raptor and I paid around $100. You can compare the two kits here: http://www.tcpglobal.com/detailsupplydepot/dsd18.aspx

I have been really happy with mine so far. It goes on more like paint, it is not thick and really rough like Herculiner. It cleans up really easily. For $90 I would try it.

I cheated and used the Rustoleum brush on bed liner, then I hit it with rattle can clear coat. I think I did the entire tub for about $50. There are pictures in my build thread.
