hey i remember a while back someone on here posted that they found a sye for a 231 for like 160 bucks anyone know where it was from? im looking to buy one.

Tri County Gear was advertising on C/L a while back with a killer deal. Not sure now.

That might have been a hack n' tap. I would spend the extra 100 bucks and get a real SYE (get a Super Short). It isn't that bad opening the transfer case and installing one.

It was a standard SYE, but it had the full length housing and the long yoke. With an XJ wheelbase, it shouldn't be an issue.

i went with advance adapters. didnt want any problems so i got a reputable one.
