What's it worth?

I need a ballpark estimate on what the going rate is for a YJ front Dana 30 with 4.10's. Either that or the carrier and a set of 4.10 HP gears. Everything I see is in PA or the sellers think the Jeep is still attached and brand new. Just wondering what a good deal is.

You should be able to find gears and a carrier for under 250 bucks. If you find a junkyard axle out of a 4 banger jeep it will probably be in the same ballpark

Next question; Does anybody know if the JK Dana 30 carrier is different from the CJ/YJ/TJ?

I paid $100 for a HP D30 from a wrecking yard. it was out of an 87 Cherokee.

for a while there 150 seemed to be the going rate for a yj d30 hp

sorry to get to this so late... I have a set of 4.10 gears that I will sell you. i just upgraded my YJ from my previously upgraded 4.10's to 4.88's. They have about 20k miles on them. I also have some other goodies from my D30 and D35 if you are intersted as I upgraded to a ford 8.8 in the rear.
