ok so i have an 89 xj and as everyone knows the cooling system in them blow. does anyone know about the conversion to the newer 91 and up style. im looking for a good write up so i can figure out what exactly i need to buy and what hoses to hook up where. i know i need to buy the 91 and up radiator and overflow bottle. is there anything else? thanks guys.

the new radiator, overflow botlle and 1/4" overflow hose. If your thermostat housing doesnt have the temp sending unit on it, then you might need to change that as well. Not sure if old style pressure radiators have the temp sending unit in the overflow bottle. Word of advice when buying a new radiator, get what they call the "heat buster" 3 core radiator. It makes a huge difference.Some say that if you listen to the little voices, you are open minded, if you answer them, you belong in a white padded room. I say, have a conversation!! -
