So I went at it with the air hammer(chisel) and the MAP gas torch. I would heat it up and then hit it with the chisel. After about five or six rounds of this I had a groove in the head and the bolt was starting to turn with the chisel. I got it out without any damage to the bellhousing. Here’s what the thing looks like next to the otherwise identical bolt.
