90 yj 4 banger. cant get the wipers to work , fuse looks good. previous owner said wipers were working prior to the accident. is there a circiut breaker? or is there a way to test the motor while it's still on the windshield? any help is greatly appreciated. Rich.

I’m not sure about testing it in the windshield. I know that it is really easy to get to. If you remove the four bolts holding the roll bar to the windshield frame, then take out one bolt on each windshield hinge you can fold the whole windshield down and expose the motor. From there you can test if the motor is getting power.Those left standing
