electrical problems, again

its been cold out and i had my defroster and radio on, then all of a sudden, it all shot off. My turn signals didnt work, although i replaced those fuses a few months back and everything wouldnt work besides my main lights. a couple hours later, it just turned back on like nothing was wrong. Im not too good with auto electrical, but what could be the problem? jut the cold?
