jegs has it for a good deal, if you need it in a hurry for cheap, go to the hardware store and get pipe insulation, it worked for me till my padding came in the mail..

Just wrap it with something like this . . . that way you can show your pride at night too!

I bought some wrap from www.jegs.com . Works well and can cut to fit.

yeah you can use zip ties, but keep she sharp parts away from people.

the stuff they are selling you is mainly refrigeration insulation, it comes in pipe size and thickness you want. So if you have 3 inch pipe and want 3/4 insulation that is how you order it. I have seen boxes of it in hot rod and jeep shops, same stuff I see the refer guys at work install.
