  • Cheesy Kicks-gotta go

Bought the new toy and now need to replace these hokey Cursor (no name) tires. Flimsy sidewalls, weak traction. I have a 85 CJ7 with 4" lift and want to go 34 or 35 x 12 if possible. Am i going to have any trouble with that?

What axles and gears are you running?
IF, stock/OEM the rear axles will NOT hold up at all and the front is VERY iffy with the sizes you want......

        FWIW:I have front and rear ford 9"s w/dl's and run 33" BFG AT's, 4:56 r&p, 4:1 t/case and a T-5 tranny behind a 4.2L carb. 6cly.
Like i said, the OEM setup of axles(mostly the rear) will NOT hold up. And 33" on a stock D/30 front IS pushing it.
