  • 48 Hrs and NO LEAKS!!

    All-righty then!!

Hey it's been 48 hours and no oil is hitting the ground under my Jeep!! I finally stopped all the leaks!! Not the engine, transmission transfer case, front or rear differental, not the radidator, not the power steering fluid.

First time ever. And yes I did check all the fluid levels.

Check snopes.com if you don't beleive me!

So I'm polling as to how long it will last.

    1. One week?
    2. One month?
    3. 6 Months?
    4. 1 Year?

Your CJ must just have leaked out the last of its fluids so nothing's left to leak anymore.

Let's see, my 93 leaks transfer case fluid, power steering fluid and engine oil. Why should your Jeep be any different?
It wouldn't be a Jeep if it didn't leak something!

But, it would be nice if I didn't have to mop up the garage floor.......

        Roger,

It was good to see you guy's last night. I voted for 1 month, but you must actually go out and use it. I still want to verify that it has the fluids full and topped off! Good luck. Just so you know, great88 doesn't leak a drop! And you know I use it, a lot.

Good to see you also. It's probably a good thing you still have your bikini top on your Jeep after polishing down that HUGE chili-verde burrito last night.:poop:

If a Jeep stops leaking, you know it's fluids must be extremely low, but I gave you 1 month!

I have faith in your Roger....I gave you 6 months. My CJ once went 6 months without a leak. Of course that was with the prior owner who didn't wheel it.
