Take that plastic cover off and remove the controls. The plug *might* have worked loose from the back.

HVAC problem
I have a 98 4 cylinder that i just got a couple weeks ago. The fan no longer works for the defroster/heater/vents etc. I turn the knob to all settings and it never turns on, and the fuse behind the glove box is not blown. The vents are open though and the heater still works, at high speeds on the freeway i can feel warm air coming out. But my car is constantly fogging up because I have a softop with no fan, any ideas what the problem is?
