I'm looking at getting a aluminum radiator for my '79 cj7. I've seen some with a electric fan built in. Anyone used anything like this?

THe catalogs like Summit sell alot of them to the guys with their hi-horsepower restored Chevy's and the such. I don't hear about my father-in law bitchin' about his SBC motors overheating.
Just as long as your water pump is in good shape, I'd say that you can't lose with a new radiator.
    Money pit!

Well I ordered one. It's from my local 4wd shop. I think the brand is northern somebody. My local guy has put in a bunch of them and says there good so I'm trusting him. I'll post some pics when it's installed. Should be pretty slick, it has an aluminum shroud and a built in electric fan.
