Cruise Control - Installing

Does anyone have instructions on how to install cruise control on a 2004 Jeep Wrangler? I purchased it on eBay and the instructions that came with it are not too clear. UGH!

Also, I may need someone reliable to install it for me... cuz it ain't gunna be me. lol

never installed a cruise controll lol never had a need for it .... but goood luck
