Jeep trailer from a Jeep tub

So I saw this trailer on ebay that was the rear half of a TJ. I have rear half of a CJ-7 that I was thinking doing the same thing to. Does anyone have any idea what would be involved and what type of hitch system to use. I'd like to make it a trail trailer that I can tow with my CJ. I can't even find any pics on the web for something like this so maybe I'm crazy.

I think it was the aug. issue of JP mag there was a scrambler with a trailer from a CJ i think on the cover and an section inside about it...I dont really know how to build something like that but that trailer was BAD AZZ!!! It hand a lil pop up tent thing on top of it too and man I want one!
