Straight lines are bad . . . X's are good. Like so:
A spreader between the dash and windshield bar would also be a good thing.
Please check your seat belt mounting instructions. To me it looks like they are mounted improperly and could possible do more harm then good.
I think thats all for now.

I'm not a flamer...
But I think Dukes is right. you may want to revisit your behind the seat cross bar placement for the seat belts. It's my understanding (flame me if needed Chris) that the bar should be placed much higher; about even with the where the shoulder straps pass through the seat. Back injury could result if not placed correctly. But I do like the cage. I will be making one myself and feel free to flame me to death!
P.S. I'm also too fat to fit into the side openings.[COLOR="darkred"]"Death Smiles at Everyone... Marines Smile Back."

That thing is gunna be sick and seat belt mounting can be very tricky....X's would be good, tire looks good but may block your view a little.A7X

you should follow the manufacture's specs when installing the harness. typically the harness should be 0-10 degrees below the top of the shoulders:

My SCTA rule book says 2" min., 4" Max below the shoulders. Just something to think about

Thanks for the help guys. These actually are the crow belts. I tried to follow the specs as best as possible. But the seats are so high that the cross bar would make any kind of entry impossible, and mess with the seat placement. The seats are really large. Almost to big, but I am a big guy. I will keep playing with it.
I realize the stright bars are not as strong as the triangles created by the X. And in hindsight would have been better.
And yes I also am to fat to get in the back. I built this mainly to cater to driver and passenger and my dog. People in the back well there on there own. I don't let people ride in the back on any obstacle. The tire will block my view, But finding a home for a 37'' is tuff. The scrambler drags its tail so bad I didnt want to go with the traditional swing out tire carrier.
This build will change over time as it is trail tested.........Thanks folksHead nut at Outdoorlogic

The Yj is going to be alot like mine , the scrambler is going to be more box like. My cousin has two kids and he wants to be able to get in and out.
