What kind of oil is everyone using to oil their yorks?

I checked the manual and it states oil made specifically for use with freeon.

    Thanks

I've been using Delo 15W40 motor oil in my York for about 3 years, only because It's what I have handy. Pretty sure any motor oil will work fine. I kinda remember something about synthetic oil can be bad for some of the air filters/separaters...

Sounds like it will be motor oil.

          Straight from Kilby:

What type of oil should I use and how much?

Typical engine oil such as 10w30 will work fine. Run 8-10 ounces. We stock dipsticks if you don't have one.
