  • Cutting plastic

So I am going to put some speakers into the doors of my TJ. Doors dont come off enough that disconnecting them will be a hassle.

Is there a special jig saw blade I should use to cut the hole into the plastic or just use a normal wood one with a good teeth cut and clean the edges up?

Something with a high tooth count (like you would use for thin metal). Use a bastard cut half round file to clean up the rough edges, then a rotary deburring tool (normally used for steel) to finish it off.

Price is soon forgotton, quality is not.
