  • My Build Project

This is not a Jeep but it will go anywhere.

This is what I started with.

    Propane installed

    2" shackle reversal

Ditched the SR and did spring over with stock springs

In the spring I will tube out the back and make it into a flat bed.

Cool--what inspired you to go the way of the Samurai?

Cheap and lots of variations available.

Like a propane BBQ installed in the rear?

Nice rig. Looking forward to the build.

I like the Samis. Its a cheap start but you can still spend some coin on them. My cousin traded a couple of motorcyles for his.

I like wheeling with the Sami's . . . fun to watch them bounce right over boulders bigger than they are.

And if I recall correctly, Al did this once before, sold that for his current Jeep.

My plan is to flat bed the sammy and build a new cage. Also have toyota axles to put under it.

I love Zuks, it was the first rig I ever purchased. It could only do 45 on the hwy but it took me all over Big Bear to my fishing holes. I though I was the coolest cat when I chopped the fenders to fit some 30's lol
