I want to publicly thank Rat Patrol (Kurt) for some welding / fabrication work he did for me last month. I am super happy with the job he did.

I solicited him to make a lid for my M416 military trailer, and he kindly accepted. He was dedicated to this job and worked after hours on weeknights.

Below are some pics during the build, and the finished project with the roof-top-tent mounted.

Invert'D - The pintle ring or lunette comes stock on the M416 trailer. I got the pintle hook and mount that goes into the receiver at Pep Boys.

Jimmyrig - That is a roof top tent. Very popular with the Overlanding crowd. They can range from $700 to $3000 dollars. Mine is a lesser known version of the more popular ones. Some of the brands are -
