full scale will it work

i have been looking at remote control rock crawlers and the way the steering is set up and i have been woundering if this would work full scale. (on my jeep)... and if so would i be able to drive at high speed and things like that. the steering box is basically on the the axel it self well here is what the rc steering looks like.
