So Rudy aka Villa has been waiting on his turn at BS Fab.

What was supose to just be gears, lockers, 8.8 swap, and a spring over turned into ...Tube fenders, Comp cut, 8.8 swap, 3 link front with air shocks. Here are some progress pics.

So what was suppose to just be a simple comp cut with a tube to protect the rear rear

    part 2

So as we sit back and look at our handy work Villa notices a set of rusty old PSC full corners for a CJ and decides hey those would look great comp cut and So after some bickering I agree. ( I really didnt want to make those old rusty SOBs fit a comp cut YJ ) Since we already cut and bent the tube to fit TIGHT. After two broken hammers a lot of sweat( 15 cutting wheels a stack of flap discks) and some help from Charlie aka Deadmeat we got them to fit.

      A few notes

The rear is going to get stretched with Xj leaves, The rear bumper is also the new rear cross member that the rear shackle will gang off of.

I will post some pics of the cages in a bit.

The rear is complete but the internal cage has a bit to do. Like seat brackets, some triangulation, door bars, And seat belt bar.

That's the Suzukiest looking Jeep I've ever seen. It's begging for a WB stretch. Good fab work!
