anyone here built or bought something that protcts the windsheild from branches etc. i was driving down this trail today and i came up to this log hanging from this tree. i was about 9 inches wide. well i pushed on it alittle bit, and to make a bad story happy, everything worked out perfect but that stupid windshield staying in one piece. i know, my bad. but now i have to buy or build something to protect the window, because when im half way down a trail i dont want nothing to stop me.

Yes. There is a branch rod you can buy from the bigger Jeep parts guys. One end bolts to your front fenders and the other end bolts to the top of your windshield frame. Branches ride up that rod and over the top.

Or you can just drop your windshield and duck

Sweet. That one is removeable. The ones I've seen in the wild actually bolt on. Didn't like the look of them.

            Hey Giffer,

Notice that the product is for branches not 9" logs! Ha Ha. You guys in Canada might need some angle iron or something tougher for your rigs. Good luck
