I just put a new (used) tranny in my cj. It is a tf999. In first gear if you get moving and then let off the gas instead of continuing to drive the rear tires lock up. Is the tranny junked? Help!!!

you got me. Did you try checking the rear diff, just by itself? Maybe, its the one locking up....just a though."If you have significant difficulty here, dont go any further....it only gets worse".
