Starter issues

I am having starter issues. It seems it continues to roll over even when the key is in the off position. I am almost sure it has fried the solendoid, but that was brand new. I think i have an issue somewhere else. Can anyone help?

unplug the little wires on the solenoid and see if it still turns over (battery hooked up). If it does not then you have other wiring issues. If it still turns over you have a bad solenoid.
