shift motor does not work

Hey everyone how are you? I have a question about my 88 jeep wrangler
my shift motor that engages the 4wd dont work I was wonering if there is anyway to engage it manually any help would appreciated thanks in advance

I engaged mine for good. I just moved the shift fork over and put some clamps in so that it would not move back. You could do that.

there is also te "posi-lok" gizmo so thay you gan do in manually.
