A couple weeks ago I was Jeepin around a lake we camp out at and its all sugar sand... ick. As long as you keep moving your fine, but as soon as you stop you sink in... well my buddy decides he wants to ride with so he ran out in front of me and I had to stop. CRAP! Well in the process of going back and forth trying to get moving I did something to my tranny.
My reverse wont stay in without me pulling back on the shifter, and I have a ticking noise that gets faster/slower with speed, but only up to 15mph. It doesnt matter if its in gear or not, or if its forward or reverse, it still ticks and I can feel it in the shifter.
Any ideas? I thought maybe my clutch was bad but its fine driving down the highway and the rest of my gears are fine, well they still tick but thats it.
