I just done a compression test and after I was done, I started it up and it ran kinda rough. Kinda puts. The plugwires are in order and the plugs are the same cylinder they came out of. I can't figure it out. It ran perfectly normal before the test. any help will be great.

a couple things come to mind,
1) plugwires are not sitted on the plugs
2) one of the gaps on the plug is closed up. While you had the plugs out did you check the gap on the plugs?
If everything is ok and still doesn't work, Try disconnecting your battery to reset your computer. -
