    Checking gears...

    whats the best way to check my gear ratio without removing my diff cover? I watched the driveline spin to tire revolution and I got about 2.25 turns on the driveline to the one turn of the tire.

    Build sheet, located in the glove box or door jam. I think.
    Nothing on the diff tag?

      it has been modified before I owned it....I am running a RE 5.5 lift with 35's so the gearing will be far from stock and I am shopping a Dana 44 for it and I am not sure to make sure I obtain 4.56 or 4.88's.
